This page is useful for contacting our support. This will be done in the Discord server.

Important: please create a ticket in the Discord when you are asking for support.

Every user that has the verified role in Discord. If you don't have this role please verify your payment in a ticket.
Anyone who is not a buyer or is using a leaked version will not receive support. This includes developers of a server who have access to the Versus Anticheat.

Please make sure you have read this documentation completely before asking for support on common issues or errors.
Please make sure that you explain your issues well and give us as much information as possible. Use screenshots to show us what the problems are.
Our Anticheat runs on big servers ( 300+ players ) without any issues so most of the time there is an issue on your side. This could be a config mistake or an installation mistake.
